COVID-19 UPDATE

In accordance with government guidance anyone with a new persistent cough, high temperature or loss of sense of taste or smell is advised to self-isolate for 10 days.

The practice is currently operating a telephone triage system for appointments. Please do not attend the surgery unless you have already been triaged and given an appointment time to attend. If you are asked to attend the surgery to be seen you will be required to wear a face covering on entering the surgery.

A face covering can be a scarf, a mask which can be homemade or bought or a snood. This must be put on before entering the building.

By wearing a face covering when coming into the surgery you are protecting those around you.

Our clinicians will also be wearing a mask when seeing you in their clinics.

New guidance this morning states that ALL appointment requests will be triaged by a clinician.

We will also be ringing patients who already have scheduled appointments to see if they can avoid attending to minimise movement.

Please strive to self manage any minor symptoms but do not hesitate to contact us if you are unwell or have symptoms that are causing you concern
